  2. Attestation from Ministry of External Affairs (MEA)
  3. Attestation from the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates, New Delhi
  4. Attestation from Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), UAE;

or

Process B (Case Specific):

  1. Attestation by Sub Division Magistrate (SDM), New Delhi
  2. Attestation from Ministry of External Affairs (MEA)
  3. Attestation from the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates, New Delhi
  4. Attestation from Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), UAE;
